AREAA is pushing Congress to pass the Language Access for All Act and restore equitable access for all communities.

Bill: Preemption of Real Property Discrimination Act
Discriminatory laws restricting property ownership by national origin are making a dangerous comeback. AANHPI homeowners build a median of $180,000 in wealth within 5 years of ownership and $500,000 by 20 years alien land laws rob immigrant families of that future. AREAA supports the Preemption of Real Property Discrimination Act to end this once and for all.
