Down Payment Assistance Grant Application Deadline

AREAA's Portland Chapter successfuly raised funds for a down payment assistance initiative in December 2023. The grant prioritizes first-generation homebuyers with low-to-moderate income and limited English proficiency. One $10,000 grant is currently available. The deadline to apply is October 1st.
