Charles Han joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2013 as a financial analyst and currently serves as the director of capital markets strategies. In this capacity, he provides qualitative and quantitative support and transaction management of some of the firm's most notable leasing and capital markets transactions. Mr. Han also provides consulting services to multinational corporate clients involving real estate portfolio strategy and optimization, site selection, acquisition and disposition. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Han was a business development and B2B relationship manager at various fin-tech start-ups and publicly traded financial services firms. Additionally, Mr. Han serves as an adjunct professor at Baruch College, City University of New York, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on analytical skills in real estate decisions. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Manhattan Chapter of Asian American Real Estate Association, a national non-profit organization with over 17,000 members across 30 chapters. Mr. Han earned a bachelor's degree from Baruch College, City University of New York, where he concentrated in real estate investment and economics.
