A banker by trade, Elvia Williams spent 23 years with Frost National Bank before taking a leap of faith in 2018 to join her husband full-time in growing their home inspection business, Your Time Home Inspections. Leaving behind the security of a long-standing career, she helped transform a one-man operation into a thriving multi-inspector firm. Since then, Elvia and her husband have expanded their entrepreneurial journey to include a pest control company and a sewer line repair company.
As a proud Latina woman and majority owner in each of their businesses, Elvia is deeply committed to representation, resilience, and empowering others. She believes that when you help others grow, they’ll help you grow in return.
Elvia currently serves as Membership Director for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and Vice President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), two organizations that have been instrumental in the success and visibility of their companies.
One of her favorite guiding principles is: “Your ability doesn’t matter if you’re not available. Always be present and ready to serve. The world needs you.”
