Helen Duong

Helen Duong has over 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate. As a principal at North Valley Realty Group and previously with Ronin Commercial Real Estate, she provides clients with expert advice on the leasing, acquisition, and sales of their commercial properties, as well as consulting on long range planning for their portfolios.
Helen began working in the industry as a financial analyst, and has worked as an asset manager, office and retail leasing agent, and corporate executive. At Boston Properties, a publicly traded REIT, Helen was responsible for lease administration for a portfolio of over 5 million square feet of office and retail properties in Northern California. Her breadth and depth of knowledge enables her to help clients accurately evaluate all facets of transactions, from physical due diligence, lease review and evaluation, through analyzing existing and projected cash flow.

Mark Kim

Mark Kim is a Managing Director with CBRE’s Project Management group in the San Francisco Bay Area. He leads a team of talented professionals who effectively deliver client services including programming, budgeting, construction administration and closeout. He brings over 14 years of commercial construction experience in both large, complex tenant improvement projects and core & shell projects. His past roles of estimator, project manager and owner’s representative make him a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to his clients.      

Mark is also the President of Asian Commercial Professionals (ACP), a non-profit with a mission to support Asian-Americans become leaders in the commercial real estate and facilities industries.

Alan Wang

Alan is the Founder of the Alan Wang Realty Group and Keller Williams Santa Clara Valley. He has been a Realtor® in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003 and his team is ranks amongst the top in the nation. Alan is a leader who is passionate about ushering in the next generation of customer centered real estate service professionals. Alan was also in the technology industry for over 14 years with roles in Engineering, Project/Program/Product Management and Business Development. He has worked at companies such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Google and LinkedIn.

 

Justin Wong

Justin Wong is an Advisor for SVN Pacific Commercial Advisors specializing in the sale and leasing of multifamily and retail properties in the San Francisco and East Bay market. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Justin served as an Account Executive in the merchant services industry as well as a Business Development Manager in staffing. In addition to AREAA, Justin has been involved in other Bay Area organizations such as Project by Project and Asian Commercial Professionals. Justin enjoys competition as an avid sports enthusiast. He spends his free time playing basketball and boxing; he roots for the Warriors, Giants, and 49ers as a sports fan while even hosting a football podcast.

 

Deborah Quok

As a Senior Vice President of SVN Capital West Partners, Deborah advises clients in their commercial real estate planning, marketing, and transactions. Her primary focus is on office and medical office leasing and sales. She has previously managed a portfolio of over 200 properties for a Fortune 50 company, directing planning; implementing M & A and divestiture projects; and completing over 1,000 purchase, sale, and leasing transactions globally, including CMBS and tax-deferred exchanges. She brings this proficiency to advise corporate clients and local businesses alike.

Her primary focus is in office and medical/dental office leasing and sales in San Francisco and the Bay Area. The retailization of medical and dental practices over the past several years has resulted in increased completion of transactions in retail locations that are redesigned for medical and dental uses.
