Min Hu is the Director of Marketing at Eastern Title and Settlement. His entrance into real estate
settlement services started in 2002 with Global Title and Settlement. He was the Director of Operation
there from 2002 - 2008. Hu joined Eastern Title and Settlement in 2008 when it was first established.
From a small office in Rockville, Maryland, he helped to expand Eastern Title and Settlement. Today,
Eastern Title and Settlement has offices in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida.
Hu is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland. He has twin 9-year-old daughters. He enjoys golfing
during spare time. He currently makes appearances on USA9’s Great Day Washington morning show.
Real Estate Top Performers segments has been airing every other Thursdays for past 7 years. The
segment provides the audience with helpful tips and advice in the real estate market. Hu hopes to use
his experience and knowledge, from the years in the industry, and give back to the community
