Jeoffrey Cudiamat, P.E., will discuss pathways, common application mistakes, and how delays affect project costs. Abe Lee will cover what to investigate before buying or improving a property, including opportunities to add housing and value.  Andria Tupola will address what the City is doing to make it easier to build housing.
