    • AREAA NY Manhattan President. Dorian Lam is a VP with First Nationwide Title (an AmTrust Financial company), a market leader in handling complex commercial real estate transactions nationally and worldwide.  Mr. Lam focuses on nurturing relationships with developers, owners, operators, investors, lenders, attorneys and other real estate companies.  Prior to joining First Nationwide Title he was Management Consultant with Price water House Coopers.  Mr. Lam graduated from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management.  He is a board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the MBA of NY.Panelists:

  • Richard Morris:
    • Partner Herrick, Feinstein LP. Richard Morris works closely with clients’ executive management to solve a range of commercial and regulatory issues, enhance operations and implement acquisition, financing and exit strategies. Richard frequently lectures about the fiduciary duties of board members and investment professionals, improving company risk management environments, commercial workout and exit strategies, and other key subjects.   • Perrin Qarshie

  • Stephen King
    • REX Founder Stephen King graduated from the University of Denver with a dual degree in real estate and international business, going on to achieve a sterling career in real estate finance, brokerage entitlements, and mixed-use property development. Prior to launching REX, Stephen was Principal at King Interests, a full-service real estate firm based in Princeton, New Jersey, and also led his own King Realty Group as President and Owner. Stephen has launched several technology related startups in the real estate space in his career, and began participating in the blockchain community in 2013, of which he is now organizer of the Princeton Ethereum Meetup.

    • As the Vice President of Citizens Bank Residential Lending, Ace Watanasuparp has broken down barriers by
      expanding into new markets and capturing unprecedented market share in purchase financing, as well as
      refinancing. His esteemed reputation in the finance and real estate industry has allowed him to attract talented
      loan officers within the entire region. Prior, Ace took on the role of President of Douglas Elliman’s lending arm,
      formerly known as DE Capital. There, he oversaw the states of New York , Connecticut, Florida, and California
      by working directly with Dottie Herman and Howard Lorber.
