Don is a seasoned business banking professional at Firstrust Bank as Vice President, Relationship Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in business banking and commercial lending, he brings deep expertise in credit analysis, portfolio management, and strategic relationship development.
He specializes in supporting small and mid sized businesses through customized financing, treasury solutions, and long term growth strategies. Don also has extensive experience structuring commercial real estate financing to meet the needs of commercial real estate investors—providing tailored solutions for both acquisitions and refinances. Having advanced through progressive roles across credit, portfolio management, and commercial relationship banking, he has built a strong reputation for his consultative approach and ability to deliver meaningful solutions for business owners and real estate investors.
Don holds a Master of Management from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Don is actively involved in the community. He serves as Vice President of the Asian American Real Estate Association of America, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, and sits on the Board of the Pan Asian Association of Greater Philadelphia and the Advisory Board of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia.
