POSITION SUMMARY

The China Services Concierge will serve as the operational point person for all communication and activities associated with mainland Chinese clients of Pacific Union International, Inc.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Works closely with CEO, Vice President of Marketing, Director of Marketing, associated consultants, affiliated businesses and internal Pacific Union personnel, regions and departments
  • Knowledge center for all Real Estate and related concierge services related to Pacific Union’s Chinese marketing efforts
  • Provides value added engagement with clients through a high touch customer experience
  • Anticipates needs of clients and offers solutions through a wide range of products, services and tools
  • Manages website, digital assets and Extranet issues
  • Manages/obtains up-to-date mailing and contact lists amongst clients, service providers and related contacts
  • Manages all inbound and outbound referrals generated through conventional and digital assets
  • Supervises all “Property” and “Services” inquiries within Pacific Union and to other USA affiliates
  • Communicates with all inbound inquiries within a 4 hour business period
  • Proactively communicates in a highly professional way with all internal and external departmental contacts. Generates all internal and external reporting requirements

SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Receives all incoming communications from Chinese marketing programs and efforts
  • Responds to all communication and answers questions regarding business in a polite, professional and confidential manner
  • Provides departmental administrative and organizational support
  • Coordinates travel plans and logistics for clients and appropriate Pacific Union personnel
  • Maintains monthly expense reports and reimbursement
  • Schedules all appointments and coordinates meetings
  • Coordinates conference calls
  • Composes and edits correspondence, weekly and monthly reports, and necessary material
  • Maintains client files using various internal computer systems and department filing system
  • Performs internet research to profile potential clients, prospects, developments and key contacts
  • Receives, tracks and follows up on all Real Estate & related business services
  • Liaises daily with clients and service providers
  • Meets and greets clients and service providers during local visits
  • Daily maintenance of marketing and related collateral (brochures, service descriptions and property marketing collateral)
  • Prepares and submits all weekly and monthly marketing reports and coordinates information with service providers and/or client(s)
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing and/or other key personnel

LEADERSHIP TEAM SUPPORT

  • Handles all requests from CEO and Leadership Team in a confidential, timely and professional fashion
  • Works closely with all key personnel, Leadership Team, Regional Executives and Real Estate professionals
  • Works closely with colleagues at affiliated service providers – must be capable of managing relationships
  • Works with Director of Marketing to support Chinese marketing activities including conferences, property shows, business development trips and related marketing programs
  • Assists with coordination & preparation of annual business plan
  • Travels when necessary to assist Pacific Union marketing efforts

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese with professional-level writing skills in Simplified Chinese • Ability to speak other Chinese languages preferred
  • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience working for an American firm doing business with companies in the People’s Republic of China strongly preferred
  • Ability to listen and take direction, execute and communicate closure/outcome
  • Ability to work independently

Duties, Responsibilities & Functional Competencies of the position

The VP of Learning Solutions will play an integral role shaping the learning strategy, oversee the talent management and supervision of the learning team members, perform sales education needs assessment and provide guidance on content development to meet new learning requirements. In order to execute an effective learning strategy and drive revenue, this individual will have demonstrated expertise in the real estate industry, including the implementation and use of associated industry leading technology and methodologies that enable effectiveness and drive business outcomes in today’s world.

The VP of Learning should possess strong communication skills and engaging delivery skills as he/she will be the face of learning for ERA Real Estate. This individual must demonstrate an exceptional ability to understand each client organization, the challenges that client has, and how to relate the training materials to every participant in the classroom. The matrixed organizational structure requires the ability to understand the organizational training requirements and develop a strategy for delivering training that includes effectively and efficiently communicating to all stakeholders how the class was received.

In addition to possessing depth of skill in the above areas, this individual will use a variety of instructional techniques or formats, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures to demonstrate a strong ability to manage training sessions to drive optimal outcomes and results. It is also important for this individual to demonstrate strong communication abilities.

The VP of Learning will possess strong revenue generation capabilities in addition to a strong desire to enable and improve the sale performance others. This individual must demonstrate an exceptional ability to understand sales and be able to assess the development needs to define strategic learning objectives for the organization. He/she will identify the strategically critical learning objectives for sales by providing subject matter expertise. It will be important for the individual in this role to monitor industry trends, maintain an active level of participation in industry events, and identify and leverage other opportunities to stay close to our customers. This will enable the VP of Learning to anticipate changes that will impact learning needs.

The VP of Learning will develop and maintain a comprehensive talent development program for all direct report learning team members. This individual will coach, performance manage all direct reports to embed and sustain new skills that affect behavior change, organizational transformation, and ultimately lead to increased performance and profitable business outcomes. He/she will directly consult with the leaders in each learning vertical to coach, consult and mentor other learning team members The Vice President of Learning will challenge all other learning leaders, team members to be creative and to look for opportunities for personal development that will enable them to drive increased revenue generation.

In addition to demonstrating coaching and leadership best practices, this individual will provide content guidance to the instructional design and development team within the Learning Center of Excellence to support the development of new learning solutions that will meet identified learning needs and drive optimal outcomes and results. This learning organization exists to help our customers be better at what they do and is designed for sales enablement, and improving business outcomes for our customers, Agents and leaders. In that, it is important this individual support a culture of continuous improvement in which performance is habitually measured against goals.

He/she must encourage the entire organization to creatively support the strategic vision of the company while meeting the needs of the customer. Furthermore, in a time of transformational change for this learning organization this individual needs to actively participate in and promote change initiatives throughout the organization as a whole. Reporting Structure

The VP of Learning Solutions will have a dual reporting structure, directly reporting to SVP of Learning Solutions and dotted line to the ERA Real Estate LLC COO or, President. The VP of Learning Solutions will have one direct report:  Senior Trainer, Classroom Delivery.

Education/Experience

  • Undergraduate degree required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years working in strategic capacity with experience executing large scale initiatives, preferably related to learning
  • Minimum of 5 years working at a management level, preferably senior level, with multiple direct reports in a matrix environment
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate, sales or training industry
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theories preferred

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support of a highly productive real estate office.  Job duties will include assisting Sales Associates with administrative, advertising and marketing needs, processes listings, escrows and closings, coordination of the online, newspaper and magazine ads. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Front Desk – Answer phones, greet clients, etc.
  • Processes listings, escrows and closings, ads, and provides training and problem-solving support to staff and Sales Associates.
  • Processes efficient closing of escrow files including the distribution of commission checks in a timely manner
  • Enter property into the MLS
  • Conduct and oversee instruction of software-training classes on various applications used by sales associates

In this role the Field Administration Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
