Welcome 2016 Taiwan Trade Mission Delegates!

Additional Information

  • What to Bring: Business cards, light jacket or sweater for the evening/night, compact umbrella.
  • Weather: Spring begins from March, and is the best time of the year to visit Taiwan, as the weather is pleasant and cool. Average low and high temperatures are 14 °C (58 °F) and 18 °C (65 °F).
  • Clothing: It generally feels warm during the day, and wearing a long-sleeve shirt is enough. At early morning and evening a coat or a sweater is needed. Carrying an umbrella is recommended.
  • Passport: We advise to make at least one copy of your passport to bring along with you. Please provide your passport number to May Ma (supermay@sbcglobal.net), travel agent, for insurance purpose.
  • Visa: U.S. Citizen, no Visa needed for Taiwan.

Please join the 2016 AREAA National leaders for a 2 day summit in sunny southern California! Meet with and hear from the 2016 National Leaders about their goals and vision for the year. Hear about the planned national events and network with chapter board members from across the country. This annual event is free for all AREAA local and national leaders. Space is limited, so please register early to reserve your spot!

Hotel Reservations

To book your room please click here or call the Hard Rock Hotel at (877) 344-ROCK (7625) and be sure to mention you are with AREAA. The hotel rate is $239 per night and is available for both Thursday (2/4) and Friday (2/5) nights. This hotel discount will expire on January 11, 2016. Rooms space is limited please book early.

If you wish to stay longer the group rate will be honored three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based on availability.
