Founded in 2008, the California Orange County Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA-CAOC) is the newest chapter of the National AREAA (www.areaa.org).

The real estate industry is going through tremendous challenges and this has greatly impacted California. A number of dedicated professionals organized our effort to sustain home ownership opportunities. Our goal is to build confidence in the real estate and its related industry through advocacy, education and networking..

We have started our year with a seminar on “Feng Shui – study of flow of wind and water to better our environment and life” presented by Dr. Joseph Ip on Thursday July 31st, “Understanding Foreclosure” presented by Greg Kelley of Stewart Title on Thursday, September 11the at May Garden Restaurant in Costa Mesa. This was co-sponsored by Central Escrow, Presidential Real Estate and Stewart Title.

Our next event of the year is our Holiday Mixer/Membership Recruitment.
